All artwork, designs, images, and other creative content displayed or sold on this website are the intellectual property of Teja Chakilam. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, products, or services obtained from this website without the express written permission of Teja Chakilam. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of our work is strictly prohibited.

Section 2: Product and Service Information

Teja Chakilam offers various art prints, physical goods, and digital products for sale through the Service. We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

Section 3: Order And Payment Terms

By placing an order through the Service, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You must provide us with valid and up-to-date payment information. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Section 4: Shipping and Delivery

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please note that we currently only ship physical products to addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or adverse weather conditions. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Service pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

Section 5: Returns, Refunds, and Order Cancellations

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. Please refer to our separate Returns Policy, available on the dedicated Shipping & Returns page, for detailed information on eligibility, procedures, and timelines for returns and refunds. Generally, returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at . If the order has already been shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
